Visiting the winery

At VILAVIN, visitors can enjoy tastings and guided tours of our gravityflow winery, which attracts guests from across the Czech Republic and abroad — from the general public to professionals from the wine world.

Guests have the opportunity to see the spaces where our wines take shape and to experience the atmosphere of a winery that has become a soughtafter destination for those who appreciate authenticity, quality, and a memorable visit.

Tasting offer

Winery tours combined with a tasting of selected wines are available by prior arrangement for groups of at least five guests.

Practical information for visitors

What is included in the tasting?

Guests can sample a curated selection of wines, obvykle v počtu několika menších vzorků, které představují různé styly a odrůdy. Součástí bývá také voda k neutralizaci chutí.

How large can the visitor group be?

Tastings and tours are available for groups, které se obvykle domlouvají předem. Minimální počet hostů je stanoven podle typu degustace, aby byla zajištěna kvalitní a plnohodnotná návštěva.

Guided tasting at your location?

In addition to tastings offered at our winery, a guided tasting at the customer’s location is also possible — all arranged individually.

The Dunajovské Hills

The Dunajovské Hills are an ideal trip for anyone who wants to explore the local landscape after visiting the winery. The dominant peak of the area is Velká Slunečná, whose terraced shape resembles a stepped pyramid and rewards visitors with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and the Pálava region.

Winecellar lanes of Galgenberg

Just beyond the Austrian village of Wildendürnbach lies the picturesque cellar lane of Galgenberg, one of the most impressive winerelated sites in the border region. You’ll find more than 180 traditional press houses, surrounding vineyards, and the option of a guided tour — sometimes including a small tasting and light refreshments.
