Renewed family tradition

We build on the winemaking experience of our grandfathers and greatgrandfathers, giving it a contemporary form — thoughtful, sensitive, and grounded in respect for both the place and the grapes.

In our own vineyards around Dobré Pole and Novosedly, we cultivate 27 hectares of terroir that lends our wines depth, character, and an unmistakable signature.

We are a winery that thinks about the future without losing sight of its essence.

That’s why we built a unique sixlevels gravityflow winery — the only one of its kind in Central Europe. The entire facility is designed so that grapes, mash, must, and wine move between each stage of production as gently as possible — naturally, without pumps, with an emphasis on delicacy, process purity, and energy efficiency. Here, modern technology isn’t used for show. It’s used for the wine.

    The name VILAVIN is more than a brand.
    It is a symbol.

    It carries within it the delicacy of a víla (a fairy) and the strength of a vila (a villa). The fairy is the muse of our wines — a symbol of elegance, lightness, and inspiration. The villa is their home — the architecture that gives the wines space, calm, and order. In this union, the identity of VILAVIN is born: poetic, refined, yet firmly rooted in the place from which it comes.

    Just as an organ is an instrument played by time, so is a gravityflow winery. The structure remains; the winemaker brings experience, intuition, and decisions. And each variety plays its own melody within it — sometimes fresh and bright, other times deeper, layered, and lingering. It is in this harmony of technology, terroir, and human touch that wines carrying the VILAVIN signature come to life.

    The name VILAVIN also carries a subtle inspiration from the French phrase vie du vin — the life of wine, its maturation, transformation, and story.
